Ascot favorite and crowd-pleasing cocktails

Silent Pool became Royal Ascot’s official gin supplier in 2025; its Royal Ascot Blush (strawberry syrup, lemonade, berries and a bergamot spritz) is the event’s bestseller. Served in private boxes inside the Royal Enclosure, the cocktail is refreshing and can be upgraded to a ‘royale’ with a splash of Moët & Chandon. Organizers report 65,000 bottles of champagne are enjoyed across the five days, while roughly 7,500 bottles of Silent Pool Gin are sold at Ascot each year.

Tea, scones and a proper British spread

Guests sampling the gin at Ascot also enjoyed a traditional afternoon tea, a four-course menu and Highgrove scones with Fortnum & Mason tea, finishing with strawberries and cream and chocolates from Charbonnel et Walker.
